MP3
I refuse to use WMA because its proprietary to Microsoft

MP3 has licensing issues these days which is annoying but thats the bulk of my collection and to lazy to convert them all
I can still use mp3 on windows and linux so I'm happy
Ogg is cool due to the lack of licensing issues

I would say that I prefer to use OGG, but I my car audio only supports MP3 and WMA on CD, so I use MP3 . I would use OGG if I had the choice of it though.

Like Vass the majority of my stuff is MP3,except the stuff that comes fresh off the multitrack which is Wave, and sounds better than MP3,in which case I burn the wave to CD

I've still been too lazy to check into OGG,and not sure there is any recording software that supports it.

it might have been a good idea to put other as a choice since there are so many other formats.
