Rollerblading: YaY or NaY?
I've enjoyed rollerblading every since I was a young tot, and continue to be an avid rollerblader today... My friends mostly think that rollerblading is "stupid", which is okay with me - because I prefer going it alone anyway!

I've only done it a few times and usually ended up landing on my gluteus.
It was cool though, I'd do it more if I had a clue

My son did too brandon, I thought he was really good at it, when he was quite young (7ish) he was jumping up and riding curbs backwards... But when he was able to finally get a skate board rollerblading was over..
What's with kids thinking you have to do one or the other and not both?
I said Nay but Yeah. | |

Unless you are in a gang that pressures you about this kind of stuff, I think it's a personal choice. Don't worry about the poll, Brandon - if you enjoy it, and it doesn't hurt anyone or anything, enjoy!!
I used to rollerskate, but rollerblades came out after I was a bit old for that kind of stuff. I think I was just retiring from racing motocross by then.
Cheers
Mick

| Try as I might, I can't disagree... I do look kickin' in the spandex.
Actually, I'm probably the least aerodynamic rollerblader... ever. Quote: |
But when he was able to finally get a skate board rollerblading was over..
| See, that's where the transition really went. People exchanged rollerblading for the good ol' 80's skateboarding. I never did get into that scene. Quote: |

| Rollerskating... Now THAT is something that needs to be resurrected. .. And I'm sure it eventually will.

That is so 1994, it just reminds me of the 90's a lot... the 90's were crap. Look at... saved by the bell for instance! The clothing. omygosh.
