Now it usually costs $20 to order a Carfax report, but from tonight, February 27, through Sunday at midnight, you can check one car for free and save $20.
The CarFax promotion is only good through midnight Sunday, and a valid email address is required to receive the report. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in soon buying a car or perhaps interested in learning more about your current car's history.
On a personal note, CarFax has actually saved me quite abit of money over the years.
Yea, lots. It was totaled in '92. Then reissued salvage title as the car got repaired and returned to road. Changed owners about 7 times. It's an old '87 Cavalier wagon not pretty to look at but drives great. I had it for 6 years so far and still going strong but I made repairs to it though.
I got a 7 pages report on mine. Like I said it was totaled but it wasn't flooded, OD flipped back, not a recall nor returned to manufacturer, etc, etc. Pretty interesting stuff.
