Towns in California with good air, scenic beauty, and plenty of land for less tha half the pri$e of rest of California

No, its not at the peak of Shasta volcano

The kinda place that when you discover , you say, lock the door behind you !



Has anybody else discovered towns or places like that, here's the place to name them

K-but if you have to live behind constant locked doors doesnt it tell ya why its cheap? High crime areas always are. Cept maybe NewYork and Philli LOL. Mountain land is usually cheap too out here. The area Im in is getting more populated so while property tax is going up and very high in this area for this state. Its also quadrupled value since we bought it like 28 years ago DUE to the increase in population. Payed it off complete about 8 years ago. 4 acres, not much but its home. heh.

Nice climate, proximity to wine country, Alexander Valley, Rt.101 to SF, Santa Rosa for the Costco, Valley of the Mon Rd. for those who like to drive slow, RLStevenson's home nearby, Rt. 1 to Tamalpais --for the daredevil in you --even the St. Helena grade to Lakesport, Clearlake......what more can a DooG ask for ?
