How to change board skins
I can't see peoples' avatars and sigs. When I go to user control panel to change settings, the changes reverse afterwards. Arghhhh. I sent 2 emails to customer support, and I haven't gotten any response yet. I am even getting more spam mail after I sent those 2 emails. hmmm. help please.

What customer support was that? (the address)
If you have spam it is not because of TechIMO. I guarantee it.

Perhaps you should read our FAQs. It will pretty much cover everything your asking about and too much more

BTW they are being overhauled so check back on the FAQs once in a while.
