Indoor Soccer Shoes?

I may start playing some indoor soccer again, and was wondering what type of shoes I need?

I can't remember the type of grass it is, but it's not astroturf.

Perhaps when I remember WTH it's called, I will ask again.

There are two kinds of indoor shoes, the kind with the hard spiky bottom (for turf) and the kind with the soft gummy bottom (for the gym/bball court). For my league at temple, my team wears the soft gummy type because we play in a basketball court.

The only kind I've ever used for indoor are the flats like solid snake is talking about. For outdoor cleats. The stuff I played on was like astroturf though. Is there something in between astroturf and grass?
