Yep that is our plan.

Infect em with aids, give em all genetically engineered food aid, and then stop them from breeding with an obviously flawed sterilization agent.

Bad planning if you ask me. I would think there would be much more efficient methods of wiping out a people with at least some semblence of efficiency.

Though I think the genetically engineered food aid might actually reduce population more if it were not rendered at all. an extra 100,000 cancer patients or 50,000,000 starved to death over the next 20 years.

If our goal is to wipe out africa would it not be more efficient to stop the food aid?

I hear ya. Should have given them all Human growth hormone - so they would need to eat more, so more would starve and that way we could pick them out of a crowd.

You can't do that, you have to make it look like you are helping them, whilst spending $$$millions$$$ for no reason, it makes perfect sense!
