This usually gets my friend oddly miffed. Instead of responding with relief that she can stop collecting the pull-tabs from soda cans she seems resentful that this latest story isn't true after all. She wanted it to be true. It ought to be true. And somehow I've spoiled things by pointing out that it isn't.
nice. chain mails are sooo annoying. I cant seem to understand why some people always must forward them. they may have widly different topics but they all do nothing more than clog up email servers. just as bad as spam.
Once again there are several alternatives regarding this only one or two require lying.
As of the beginning of the war:
1) Had and has WMD hidden
2) Had and has WMD spirited them off to syria or the likes.
3) Underlings fed Saddam a load of crap and it is this that virtually every intelligence agencies got wind of. (personally i would not hold anyone accountable for this. Intelligence is not an exact science.
4) No apparent evidence but assumed WMD still existed while simultaniously other national intelligence agencies made same assumption and leaps of faith. (Bad judgement) possibly actionable.
5)Evidence completely fabricated by Bush Blair Co for future goals. I.E. shining beacon in the middle east of a democracy. Used fabricated data to try and get people on board. (Dishonesty, ends do not justify means in that case) The international face lost will be a legacy carried into the future. Impacting future intelligence based efforts. very bad thing.
6)Evidence completely fabricated by Bush Blair co for personal gain. (Dishonesty) String up bush and blair and remove their testicles.
These are the options that are still on the table AFAIAC.
