Since this goes back to the Regan administration and we have had 17 years of gop administration in the process let roll the heads from the top down starting with Bush than cheney then wolfowitz then perle .

"I'd start with the head head," Perle said when asked which heads should roll at the CIA. Perle said the DIA " is in at least as bad shape as CIA (and) needs new management."

The new management should start at 1600 Pensylvania ave. If it takes you three years to find out An employee is not doing his job you need to quit and let someone else do the job that is more qualified as a leader.

There certainly needs to be changes made, but the benefit of hindsite cannot be overlooked. Clinton had the same CIA director as Bush. ... this is simply more partisan politics. IMO

Richard Perle is truly amazing. As one of the architects of an "invade Iraq whatever the evidence" policy, and an active supporter of the "B Team" that provided intelligence analyses consistently overrating the threat, in opposition to the more cautious CIA analyses, he has some nerve calling for heads to roll. If he were Japanese, seppuku would be called for...
