Authorities arrested the mother of a 17-yr-old teen who discovered while surfing the internet that he'd been abducted as a young child.

Ummm HE turned her in.

She did NOT return the child to the father with court given custody when required to. Instead she moved him out of the country...

Kinda illegal and all.
