Judge Delays Ruling on SF Gay Marriages

http://abcnews.go.com/wire/US/ap20040217_1168.html

Judge says not prepared to rule. Does the fact that the San Francisco Superior Court Judge holds an ELECTED position have anything to do with the delay? Might need votes to stay on the bench!

Friday Arnold ordered the Attorney General to enforce state law in San Francisco. There are plenty of state judges that will grant an immediated injunction.

Then it may go to the 11th circus court to have them be reversed by the supremes.

Attorney General Lockyer (Democrat) told Arnie to shove it!

In case people haven't been watching, the state is amost equally split on the issue, with a slight majority against. This means the issue is picking up popularity.

Arnie wasn't elected as a CONSERVATIVE. He was elected as a moderate.

Lockyer did?

I hadn't heard. If that's the case, he got orders from above.

I think the whole thing is a great opportunity to force the Democrats to take sides and make clear what their stands are.

So far they are pro illegal aliens,
Pro gay marriage,
Pro higher taxes,

I think, (if there is a mainstream in California) they are moving out of it and will pay at he next election...
