Well, this was a Denver court. Just wait until the Supreme Court weighs in. They'll set those mid-America wackos straight!!

The government never said telemarketers can't call me! I said they can't call me. The government just set a buch of fines if those telemarketers avoid MY wishes!

I like the fact that they now cannot hide behind "out of area" or "unavailable" any longer.( At least in TX) I still bet the number they publish is an outbound only and you can't call it back.

I don't want to try really, kind of like reply to the "take me off your list" button in spam. Just guarantees MORE calls.
