My mom...
I've never talked about my Mom here, but she's been battling cancer for a several years. I can't think of anyone in the world who is a better person. My Mom & Dad have managed to survive 10 kids (I'm number 8) and 52 years of marriage. I never once in my life saw or heard my Mom & Dad fight or argue with each other. Well, Saturday night Mom passed on. I'll miss her a lot. I'm not sad, because I know that she's in a better place, finally without pain, and I know I'll see her again when I follow. I'd appreciate your prayers for my Dad though, who I'm sure will miss her much more than I can imagine...

I feel for you friend. I cared for my mom for 14 years before she passed in '98 in her bed. She had rheumatoid arthritis and was very crippled from it. I never knew a more gracious woman than her. I had a vision of her and I know that everything's all right. No more pains and sufferings, just peace. My people thought I'm losing it because I was smiling but I saw the light.

My heart goes out to you, your father and other sibling’s howste. Stick close to your father as he has a big empty spot in his life now.
May the memories overwhelm the grief soon, for you and yours.
Cheers!
