Ok, I am not sure if this is a scene from a movie, TV show, or from a Stephen King book I have read...
The scene involves an eccentric man, the town curiosity... The most unusual thing about him is the flies. He has several flies that are attached to his (bald?) head with fine lines. He also carries a small bottle of suspected poison in his pocket. He is always threatening to poison the towns water with it, but most just view it as a prop... i.e. they don't take him serious, but at the same time fear it a little. He never does anything and is really not a main character. I think that at one point he serves on a jury, and the judge tells him to quit bringing his bottle of poison with him.
That is some good stuff eh? Please help me find where that came from so I can stop questioning my sanity. It is really bugging me that I cannot remember where this originated.
