My kitty must be part Siberian Hamster then---3 years in a row she religiously gains weight for winter and sheds it as summer comes on even tho the temp here varys very little---vet pointed it out to me after I noticed she wasnt eating and became concerned---she also sleeps on my bed during the winter (leaves when the heater comes on at 7am for a warmer spot in the livingroom) and usually outside during the summer...
