It does sound too good to be true...do you have a url? Google search didn't bring anything up but a bunch of apple-related stuff...

You should be able to get more than that for selling body parts, wayyy more unless your just a sucker
Maybe you should do what most people have figured out, either setup a spam filter, or dont open unkown email senders, if it looks recognizeable and has a fair size(in KB, try to avoid 50+ k unless it has just gifs and etc), then open it, otherwise leave emails like that alone
