Does anyone have any experiences with J&R Music and Computer World ? They have the laptop I'd like for about $300 less than the next competitor. J & R is also listed as an official reseller on the laptop manufacturer's website.

Anyone have any dealings with them?

i have used them all the time for video and audio products. They ahve a great service and excellent price and also they do price matching. In my experience i would give them a 10 of 10

I had seen the review on Reseller Ratings, which to me look a little unsetlling.

They're a local B&M with a decent reputation in the NYC area. I have not used them online.

they are huge , RR is not really the best thing to use on Huge companys . look up Dell , Gateway , Sears , Best Buy and the likes . they have horrid RR , but we all use them and have for the most trouble no problem .

seems like online "rating" isn't the best . seems to me only the people that have problems rate , the people that don't have problems don't
