If you need a good vendor i gotta speak out on these guys .

They have treated me great .

I ordered a xp2500 retail for a build . i ordered before noon on monday at Newegg . well come wensday it still had not shipped . so i called Newegg and talked to a csr . he was very polite and kinda blamed it on growth . Now to be honost thats no concern of mine , my order is the most important, I could careless about others . The csr said it might be there by friday , might wasn't good anuff for me . i had ordered on monday , Newegg is in the same state i should have had it by thursday at the latest . So i canceled the order .

Ordered it from www.excaliberpc.com . at about 1pm . about 15 min ago UPS droped it off . Now i know i am only 3 hours from them but thats great service . Sameday shipping is as good as it gets . they also ship to canada and international so all you people out there might want to give them a looky see . I have been VERY happy with there service . Another plus for you avid traders , they also take paypal ....

I just wanted to share some luv for a great internet vendor .

Yeah I have to agree on their great service. I ordered a SLK-900U (It was cheaper than newegg) and some round cables from them and they shipped the same day, it was awesome. Everyone should check out excaliberpc

i paid for regular shipping . the reason i got it next day was because i am only hours away from them and ups ground = next day . the whole poing was even a 1pm oder gets shipped out the same day . you can't beat that .

last night at work i ordered 2 cpu's from the refurb section and tonight i get a fedex tracking # for them .

go figure , monday i order in the morning and by wenday they still hadn't shipped it ...

Considering how big NewEgg has/and is going to get, there are going to be growing pains....although, if that is the case, you'd think they would like to point that out on their site to the effect "while our business expands, we will do our best to continue to give you the great service you expect, if you experience slower service than normal, please be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your orders out in a timely manner...thank you for your continued support, it's because of you that we've become so successful."

I think something like that would belay any issues I may have about getting my order...being upfront with me and shooting straight keeps my business going to any place I shop.

BTW, thanks for pointing out another good vendor. It's competition that keeps prices low, and customers satisfied

I agree, those guys are awesome. I just bought a few things from them and they gave me 2nd day shipping for the price of saver shipping. Some of their products are cheaper than Newegg too.
