Did I do bad? I saw a huge add in PC upgrade magazine just the other day. That's why I ordered. What exactly is wrong with them in a nutshell?

Did I do bad buying here? I saw a big add in PC upgrade magazine in their feature issue. I paid with Amex, so I'm covered from frauds I believe.

I am limited in what I can say, as I work for ResellerRatings.

A few people actually seem to receive merchandise. However, the complaints severely out number the positive comments.

Since you paid with a credit card, you should be covered in case any problems do occur.

My best advice is to thoroughly read the links nomaxim and I posted earlier in this thread.
