thats ok, i'm not offended, i was actually doing a search for some modding stuff on another site, and i saw the aicomputers at the top, so i clicked it, and just made my post too,

Update

Well I thought I would update this thread.

I received the PC I ordered on 2/22 yesterday. It was everything that they said it would be and I'm rather happy with it. It was delayed a few days because they said during testing the video card didn't perform as well as they would have liked and they ordered a new one.

Maybe some of the issue they had in the past are over with and they are trying to be a reputable company. I did pay with a corp amex so that may have had me covered better then people who pay cash or check. I don't know.

At any rate, I feel better now that it's in my office and I know that the money I paid was not to a con company.

You're the first one to post something positive about these people. *

NOTE: Some of the people that are in the AIPCS thread have been getting refunds.Maybe that means this company is going to make good on thier orders. Hope so!

Here's the latest I have received, I was one of the first one's to post regarding the company, back in June. But just received this last Friday(notice the date below, of the letter) and have talking with a Detective O'Brien with the NY C.D Police Dept.

Dear Valued Customer:

During the last year the brand name Artificial Intelligence has experienced tremendous growth, and as wellmuch positive praise in the industry. Our high level of system performance, along with excellent system reviews have assisted in raising the demand for our product quickly.

We have set new protocols in place to assist in the expeditious completion of customer orders, along withnew and exciting notification systems to keep our customers "up to date" with the stage in which the order is in at all times.

During the last few months, we have experience many unfortunate technical difficulties which we have worked very difficult to move past, including numerous system outages, communication outages, power outages which caused us to be in an unvoluntaty position of being unable to provide the proper amount of customer service. These unfortunate events also evolved into an improper turn around time quoting system manufacturer, and deliver times to our most valuable resource, our customers.

In addition we also experienced some customer information data loss, which prevented and currently prevents us from processing the exact order that was placed, or issuing proper credit if requested.

We have since rectified this situation and secured new technical service contracts and providers with secure connections to prevent our past issues from recurring - of not being able to answer customer questions in response to the order, what stage it is in, and the turn around time.

Our goal is to ensure that our customer satisfaction level remains as close to 100% pure customer satisfaction as realistically possible, and we will make the effort to do so.

We have gained much praise on National Television, Movies and the press as a company that prides itself on giving back to the precious communities that have helped to bring us to a level we are at today. We have as an example just recently sponsored a fund raiser event for the opening of a 65,000 square foot childrens technology museum here locally on local Long Island. We as well recently donated a custom computer for a celebrity hosted golf event for the National Alzheimers Association of America. We are a growing company, and would like to become a household name that is known with comfort of pure customer satisfaction.
