PC Progress. I have had good luck with purchases from them. Reseller Ratings mediocre.

I am currently looking at a system from cyberpower...they have great prices for some great looking set-ups.

My brother works for Zakpc at http://www.zakpc.com. They have some barebones systems on their website, but I think they are all cube systems right now (which are cool, but a little pricey). They should have their other barebones systems up shortly. Otherwise, it's not too hard to piece a system together on their website. The prices are pretty good.
