Memory Question

I presently have Kingston HyperX PC3200 1GB (2x512) on my Asus P4P800 board. It's working great with no probs.

Anyway a friend of mine says he has a Corsair PC3200 1GB (2x512)XMS new & sealed.

He says he wants to trade his new memory with my used memory and that he prefers Kingston.


What's the catch? Should I go for it?

Tell him to return it and exchange it for some Kingston memory.

I don't think that's an option for him. He was saying that mine was better for OC.
