How much is this setup worth if I decide to sell it?

I am considering selling a system as a whole rather than just MB and CPU as my brother wants to buy from me.
Whats it worth as a system?
Gigabyte GA-7ZXE snd/2 rear usb
AMD atlon 1300
generic 128 sdram
GeForce2 MX 100/200 grapics
10 gig WD 5400rpm HD
Achieve 400w PS
basic cd rom
basic floppy drv
Small mid ATX case w/3 external 5.25 bays, 2 external 4 internal 3.5 bays
standard modem
no front usb ports
will need front and back fans, mabe better cooling fan on cpu heat sink.
No monitor
No mouse
No speakers
No keyboard
No printer or scanner

Yeah... $125. I sold my old Athlon 700 with monitor, 512MB RAM, 15GB and 20GB HDDs, sound card, video card, WITH W2K Pro and all driver CDs and manuals for $250
