I'm looking for a decent low end system for a guy who's sole purpose is to run a card burner. All he really wants is a cdrom, hdd and a com port. He said he may be interested in surfing down the road. If he does it will be dial up.

I recall a thread about some cheab refurbed monitors on some site, they had like grade A and B, but also used offfice systems. I think that would be ideal. The more stuff that's onboard the better.

Anyone recall any of this, or know of anything similar?

He's looking to keep it around $75 to $100 shipped (no monitor needed, btw)
