I placed an order on 12/25/03 with
www.kitscameras.com. The amount was $822.82. They shipped the order incorrectly and it is now lost in the mail. They must file a claim to track it down. They have refused to reship me a new product or refund me the purchase. They claim that they must settle the claim before they will take any further action. Until then I am out $822.82. Complaints filed with the company have been met with apathy. I will never order from them again.
If anyone knows how best to get the word out to boycott Ritz and Kits, let me know.
