Does anyone know if the Plate15F headers match the gigabyte motherboards?

I have a 81PE1000Pro, manual here

and the header listing at http://www.frontx.com/cpx091_2.html does not seem to match at all, it can be re-arranged, but I have no clue how as the pin names on the motherboard are very different than the ones at frontx..
