I'd go for the Fuji Finepix. I have there 2MP A201, and although it blows chunks indoors and low-light situations, when it gets a good pic it looks as good as some higher-res cameras. Such is the nature of the FinePix tech.

BTW: Make sure it has optical zoom. Mine doesn't, which also blows chunks.

HeadBand that does look like a sweet camera now to see how much it costs
I have never heard of that company before (does not really mean anything - ive heard of Sony and they are getting ripped here LOL)
anyone know more about the company?

"Image Sensor: 2.1 Mega CMOS Sensor"

is that a little low on hte Mega pixil??

2.1 isn't high, but it should do for people that can live with not-perfect quality. Look for something 3MP or higher if you want more realism. Oh, and avoid CMOS sensors if at all possible, go for a camera that features a CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) mechanism. Here's a linky if you want more info between the two:
