Anyone have experience with Mwave?

I believe I have ordered from them before with no problem. I made an order Sunday afternoon and selected 3-day shipping. I didn't get a tracking number from them so I checked order status on their webpage. They haven't shipped it yet! I am thinking about cancelling my order but they aren't open today. What a crock! Why does it take 4 days to box up and item and send it out?

Anyone have problems with Mwave shipping late before?

I just read this.

Here are their Holiday Hours. I don't think they would just blow you off or anything like that.

They don't process orders on weekends, so it would have gone through until Monday. If they've got a backlog from Xmas, it might push it back another day.

Did you get an e-mail confirmation? Try calling 800-234-3358 and leaving a message.

Item arrived on time,in good condition. Also best price.

Well if I purchased on Sunday, it should have gone out the latest on Tuesday before noon according to their policy. That means it should have gotten to me by either this Saturday or the latest on Monday morning. Now I am going to have to wait until the end of next week, which is unacceptable for 3-day shipping even with *one* day of holiday in New Years.

I just wrote them and asked for a refund of the shipping charge or to cancel my order. Late shipping sucks when you make a point to pay more for faster shipping in the first place. Mwave just made my DNO list

Only thing I can figure is Mwave is about 100 miles north of me. I
ordered 3day service and my order (new case) came next day. I've had that happen before from other places in the L. A. area. An
internet order placed on Sunday wouldn't be seen untill Monday or later. The web sight says closed on Sunday.

Yeah I know. They give themselves one day to "process" before shipping. So they were late if they didn't send it on Tuesday, and they had an extra business day yesterday and they still didn't send it out. What did I pay extra for 3 day shipping for if they are going to take their sweet time getting the order out?

I never had a problem with Mwave, or their shipping. Not as quick as Newegg, but it still got here.

Well it just keeps getting better. I got an email reply today saying they were out of stock and had to wait for a new shipment. They were in stock on the website and Mwave was happy to charge my credit card on Sunday. You know it would have been nice had they contacted me about that the day after I ordered. I am glad I checked up on them or I might have been waiting forever for a response. Jeebus Mwave customer service sucks!

edit: My review on resellerratings is up. It's a shame, they look like a great vendor but I think their inventory and after-order service needs a lot of improvement.
