What is your opinion on the best PDA for under 250 dollars

i would have to say toshiba e355 but for around 300 you can get the e755 which has built in wifi

I've got the Palm Tungsten E, which has a nice, bright color screen and 32Mb of memory for under $200. Of course, it's a Palm OS, not Wince. But that's a plus. And input via Grafitti 2 is very intuitive. It'll handle Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents, and there's a Quicken for Palm as well.
