MB/Proc - Good Combo??

I am planning to get a Amd Athlon XP 2500+, Barton processor and hook it into the Asus nForce2 IGP Chipset Motherboard, "A7N8X-VM"

Both are retail and $90.00 each

Are there better bangs for my dollar, or any suggestions about these parts?

That seems to be a pretty popular combo-especially if you plan on overclocking. The multplier will be locked (was done on AMD CPUs as of week 41) but you can still overclock by adjusting your FSB. Would recommend pc3200 ddr if you plan on overclocking...
