I for one am not sighning this claim form..sighning it just gives him the right too keep as much as my deposit that he wants..He is a sneaky man and needs to be brought down.LET THE BIG BOYS SNEAK UP ON HIM .I suggest nobody sighn this form it is also as scam

It is a form that they sent too my email and you can now download off there website..It is a claim for he is saying he will refund my money but he can also take out some fees
