Outdoors How can "DigitalFoto Club" have such a high rating?
Not my experieince, this is the 1st time in 6 years the RR has let me down.

1. They take forever to ship an item
2. Order status is updated ONCE a day - not in this day & age
3. You get ZERO replies from customer support

This doesn't add up to a positive experience for me, sorry but the ratings seem skewed.
