There are a lot available. Do they start making money later because people bid on them more towards the end or what??

There are a couple of double ratings (same person rating more than once) within a short time period.... What do u guys think?

If you look at the bid history for any of his previous auctions, they all start at $0.01 and go up to a reasonable price for the item. His PS2 auctions end at like $180-220 which is a fair price. He definitely seems like a well established e-bay user.
