Logitech z5300 or z560

So which one? I don't really care about the 5.1 of the z5300 or the 4.1 of the z560 because they are both decoderless. Which one is better? Price wise Dell Home has the z560's shipped for $125 . The z5300's is a bit more at about $150 shipped from other sources. Any thoughts?

*Edit dell HAD them for 125 now they are 140.

I'd really like to know the difference too. Seen some good reports of both, but never a direct comparison. I'm a bit of a gamer so would like to know which is best for the placement of effects, but also quality wise for music. Thanks.

the diff between the 5300 and the 680's is the wattage the 680's peak at 400 the 5300 peak at 500 with a 280 rms, one uses md3 technology and one uses matrix technology
