forum or form? I usually try to print em out from online rather than use the tiny little forms in the little rebate "books" they give you at the store. I think if the rebates are on the same page of the form, like the ones with 20 items etc..I guess you can use one envelope etc. When in doubt, call and check it out.

Best idea is to print em out when you order em, cuz sometimes they take em offline very quickly. The second one was linked to on the actual page showing the ram

Definitely DONT put these in the same envelope, lol..cuz the second one is going to a different place.

Do yourself a favor....MAKE COPIES of everything..the receipts, the rebates after you fill em out and the upc. Then if they give you static you are ready.
