Motherboard is fine. There are also Asus, Epox, and MSI.

As for the cpu, go for the 2500+, you can always up the fsb to 200. This will run the 2500+ as a 3200+.

those are all good cards and should do the trick .

asus , abit , msi ,epox , gigabyte all make good boards you should be fine with any of them . the abit nf7 is a very nice board .

as for cpus if you don't know anything about overclocking then just get the 3000 . the advice that Imperion gives is good , but if you don't know what your doing it can be more heartache than it is worth .

as for sata . in my opinion don't waste your time . the cost vs the preformace isn't worth it . it is like the boost from ata 100 to ata 133 . it isn's worth the cost . a 36gb WD raptor will cost ya about 100-130$ depending on where you get it . you can get a 120gb hard drive for that cost . and if you do your homework you can get two 120gb harddrives for about the same cost of one raptor harddrive .

don't belive the hype about serial ata .
