People bought it to my attention as a no-no.
Anyhow, I sense you ae mad and probably feeling "victimized".
The key to any situation like that --and this is admittedly a minor "hurt" on a scale of 1 to 10-- is to become a "survivor".
Find out the CEO of Co. if you are of such a mind. Start at the top if it was a clearly rotten hand you were dealt.
I posted something in IMO Forum about the waste of our time--which often can stack up to hours in these Vendor problems. You might look at it.
Meanwhile chill and do Post again !
Perhaps clarify the situation by stating the facts, not just your anger/hurt. This wil be more helpful to others as well.
