I wonder WHY you didn't use a C.C. like many of us do....
Chances are ....
It would have been there already , and you wouldn't have spoken to a soul .
Nearly EVERYONE waits to see if "it clears"
And THAT is their option..... credit IS instant...

This doesn't sound like newegg. BTW.. are you sure thats newegg? They only do online orders with credit cards only.

First of all, I don't think you're supposed to use a persons handle or name. Secondly, probably what you should've done is set all this up in advance so that it went smoother than it apparently has. Third, you need to call them and talk to a supervisor and expalin you situation and how you felt the person you e-mailed was rude in her responces. Expalin further that you are in dire need of this part and figured you were covered with the extra fast mailing of the Postal MO. Be polite but firm and ask if there is anything that can be done to get this part in your time-frame.

Man, the rationalizing folks around here go through to deny any issues with Newegg amazes me.
I understand your gripe. Others around here are just a little oblivious to some things...But it's good they up'd your shipping, I guess. Though you still would have got the item(s) 4-5 days quicker had they not left your payment in god-knows-who's "inbox" for a week.
I think Newegg is paying their help far too little, because it's really starting to show. |
