Until you have contacted me and addressed these concerns I will hold the item and will not accept your pay-pal payment. I NEED HELP!!!! I NEED AN ATTORNEY THAT CAN SUE PAY PAL!! I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED, NOW THEY HAVE HAVE ILLEAGALY WITHDRWN FUNDS FROM MY CHECKING, ONCE FOR 3100 THEN AGAIN FOR 2000. I AM NOW GOING TO BOUNCE 20 CHECKS BECAUSE OF THEIR WITHDRAWL. THIS IS JUST THE BENINNNG OF A LIST OF HELL. I HAVE ARGUED A LITTLE AND NOW THERY HAVE JUST CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE KEEPING ALMOST $6000 OF MY PERSONAL MONEY FOR 180 DAYS. I HAVE SOLD AND SENT PEOPLE STUFF AND THEY ARE HAPPY THEY HAVE THEIR STUFF AND I HAVE NOTHING AND NO MONEY. I CAN NOT PAY PEOPLE I OWE ON EBAY NOW AND I HAVE BECAME SUSPENDED ON EBAY. nothing like bringing back a dead topic to say something remotely related (but having no significance) to the origianal thread.

i suggest finding a phone number and calling them and talk to a real person. explain what happened, nicely question the withdrawals, and ask for the funds to be replaced. also contact ebayand also the sellers that you owe and explain the situation.

people can be very helpful and considerate if you are nice and cool headed...

sounds like a rather bad situation there, first bit of advice is to contact your bank and explain to them the situation they will take all the steps needed to begin recovery of your money. If you need to contact a lawyer you'll have to find one in your area.

Second thing is where dio the money go?? sounds like your pay-pal account ahs been hacked and someone is doing transfers in your name. PAY-PAL isn't going to withdraw a bunch of money from your account for no reason. Contact them and see who what and where the money went to.

Last but not least make contact with the sellers you did business with as well as contact with ebay. Also if I was you I'd open different thread where you can discuss this. My thread is in no way relevant to yours.

it is probably not paypal at all. like richeemxx said someone probably got access to your account some how. as soon as you saw there was a problem you should have maybe called paypal or emailed them saying that there was a problem with your account and had them suspend it or something.
