So Fedex has admitted that they lost a package that was destined for my house. They are mailing me a claim form and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Fedex and their claims process?
Once, I got a case that was banged up. Called them to make a claim, said they would either call me or mail a claim sheet to me. They NEVER did either , AND Ive still got a bad case.
