I believe I bought a Casio watch from www.wristwatch.com they seem to be a good company with decent prices.

ive bought 3 watches from www.worldofwatches.com
highly reputable. i would do business with them many times over. not sure if their products are too spendy for what your looking for... they have Tag, Omega, Breitling, Seiko etc.

I got mine off Ebay. I wanted a titanium Sieko but the jewelery stores wanted mad money for them. After getting it I immediately took it to a dealer to have the band adjusted and they thought it was authentic. YMMV though.
