newegg rebate question

i have a MIR on a Gigafast switch from newegg that i'm about to send in, but i'm unsure what i'm supposed to send in with the rebate. The rebate form says to send a copy of the sales receipt, but it was an online transaction, so there was none, does it just want a copy of the invoice?

I sent a copy of the email receipt from newegg and a copy of the packing slip with mine.

pretty sure you can print out the reciept/invoice from online at newegg.

I think really the packing slip or the invoice would be fine. They simply want some proof of purchase.
