anyone intelligent out there .please tell me how to do editing movie by computer thank a lot .

Yeah, virtual dub should do the trick...if not, try Windows Movie Maker 2.

theres a editing movie in win xp if im not mistaken. i have used it but i dont really know how

isn't adobe premiere also a movie editing?

Yeah, adobe premiere, ulead video studio, pinnacle video studio.. There are lots of video editing software, most of them cost alot though, virtualdub is free and pretty powerful.
