I've had 2 problems with newegg in the past few years , both times they have BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make sure I am happy......
The first was 2- IBM deathstars that looked like they 'clanged' together in shipping from LaPuente to White Cloud , Michigan (poorly packed) and a Soltek SL- 75KAV that had a flaky IDE controller & corrupted HDDs and files...
Both times they did WHATEVER I wanted to satisfy me.
Two words......
New Egg ! Robert
ho , ho , hooooo .....................

NewEgg is the best online retailer I've ever dealt with. Their shipping on smaller items is killer though (adds together, as if each item were shipped separately), so I go to NexFan.com for cooling stuff. Whenever I've had problems with stuff from NewEgg, they take care of it quickly and politely.
Hey Robert- what's up! How long have you been posting here - this is the first I've seen ya here and haven't seen ya at ms.com lately. Been doin any fishing?

Gotta stick my $0.02 in for NewEgg as well, for all the reasons previously mentioned.

Both are kick @ss vendors. Zipzoomfly got me my new router/modem overnight free. I expected 2 day air free but package showed up overnight. Very cool. Newegg as always is a 2 day delivery. Always dependable in every aspect.

my friend bought a dead motherboard from zipzoomfly 2 weeks ago it didnt work he sent it back and they sent back the same one saying it was fine they even went through the trouble of printing out a page of 3dmark showing which motherboard they were using. so he calls them up saying you sent me back the same motherboard saying its fine but it still doesnt work they said that its not their policy to test returns but they did so he just returned it got his money back minus restocking fee and the shipping to him to orginally get it and to send it back.
i helped him try everything with the motherboard it was one of those you turn it on and it turns itself off again after a second. we swaped everything out i say that thing was dead it was the biostar m7ncd
oh and he bought processor from them as well and so they used that to test it with.
i have had no problems with newegg bought a motherboard from them that had major problems and rma'd it easily they dont let you exchange for another product though only the same make and model got it quicklly and all was fine

Last I knew you were still running a Pentium 200 & W95!!!(...were you fibbin' a lil bit?) | I've been a member here almost as long as michigan-sportsman.com. Great contrast in interests I think. I'm on an AMD350 with 95, but have a nice new 1700+ next to me. (Gotta re-install windoze yet AGAIN to try to make everything work. Linux works great on it, but no games. ) Yeah, I'm still at that same address. I've gone off shore quite a few times, but have only managed a total of 6 kings all fall, half of which came in just under an hour of fishing. Got ran into by a deer too- that sucked. Drop me a line dude. I've gotten some more stuff you might like since we were on the fire that night. (Plus, I'm sure everybody here isn't interested in all this drivel I've typed. )
BTW, got more stuff from NewEgg today - awesome place. One of the items was a keyboard/mouse combo to replace a keyboard that certain keys didn't work on. They sent me a replacement KB/optical mouse combo and told me to just toss the keyboard that didn't work and keep the mouse I had (that worked). I'm to the point where I base my decision to buy something on whether NewEgg carries it as much as the technical merits of the product. (Caught myself the other day doing that- "This would be the best, but I can't get that because NewEgg doesn't have it... Wait a second here." )
