NEVER BUY FROM BZBOYZ
Please, please, please do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and purchase your product from somebody else. I bought a motherboard combo from bzboyz, the board failed on me and I attempted to send it back to them via their RMA process. After a huge hassle, they finally took it back. They then proceeded to lose my motherboard, not notify me of anything - not even that they received it. The only reason I knew they got it because I got delivery confirmation through the USPS. It has taken seven months to get any answers from them. They don't return phone calls, emails, and frequently don't even answer their phones. The management team is nearly impossible to get ahold of and quite rude on the phone. It is as if their screw up is somehow your fault. Well, seven months later I'm still trying to get my motherboard back. What a complete and total mess. Do not ever buy from this company. You will get taken advantage of. Thanks for taking the time to read this, hopefully it will save you time, money, and a headache in the future.

Sorry to hear you got taken. I never consider them to buy from since I read their ratings at resellerratings. I used pricewatch to search the best prices and they're among the cheapest.
Sorry it's a hard lesson but research first in RR and/or ask around here. I got burned once on a hard drive.

As you found out, those guys are one of the worst resellers out there. Its really amazing to me that they have been around for several years and are still going strong. I guess there's just an endless supply of suckers that don't do their homework before they spend their money.
I considered buying something from them once - at the time they listed a mailing address that was pretty close to my house. I drove by to see what the operation looked like and it turned out to be a vacant lot!!
Next time use resellerratings.com to check out the resellers record. You'll find that there are a handful of sites that offer low prices and still maintain a high level of customer service.

Just the name "bzboyz" throws up a red flag for me.

I almost bought from them once a couple of years back.
One call to them and there confused shipping rates and pricing on a Tbird 1.4 and I bought at Newegg.
They do seem to post some of the lowest prices on the net although from the reviews on RR I to am surprised they are still in business.

Since I don't seem able to get my comment on the reseller board, I thought I'd post here. The comment was drafted on 9/30/03 around 2:00 AM EDT.
On Friday, 9/26/03, at 2:40AM Bzboyz.com posted on Price Watch the following offer: Intel Celeron 1.1GHz w/256K OEM for $38.94 which included shipping and their Platinum Plan.
On Friday, 9/26/03, at 11:05AM I ordered the product online clicking through from Price Watch.
The order was confirmed immediately via e-receipt at $37.81 which included shipping but not the Platinum Plan.
On Monday, 9/29/03, at 9:08AM Bzboyz informed me by email that an "issue" was "currently holding up [my] order."
At 9:18AM I called Bzboyz and held for nearly 40 minutes before speaking with "Roger" in Sales.
"Roger" informed me that the Celeron 1.1 had been "discontinued" and they would not be shipping it to me, ever. Of course, this "discontinued" info was hardly news since Intel hasn't made 1.1 Cels for many, many months. Nor did he explain how it was that Bzboyz offered the chip on a new posting as recently as one working day ago and was still offering it as we spoke.
He offered to substitute a Celeron 1.2 Retail for an additional $18.00. He did not offer the Celeron 1.2 OEM which was being listed by bzboyz.com on Price Watch at $38.94, again, as we spoke [in the past hour, they've raised the price to $41.99 OEM, but they're still offering it OEM].
And on top of everything else, their prices are outrageously high on their website. Example: a Retail Celeron 1.3 for $53.94 plus $11.99 cheapest shipping [standard ground]. That's $65.93 total; Newegg sells the product for $45.00 [free shipping & an upscale free ball point pen] and ZipZoomFly [formerly Googlegear] sells it for $41.80 [free shipping]. And those two resellers are highly respected.
This warning is probably applicable to all MicroX companies: PartspC.com, PCRapids.com,Bzboyz.com, etc.

agreed
i made the mistake from ordering from Bzboyz.com and after a total of 7 days of BS, (inwhich all products from other websites had already arived) Bzboyz still had not proccessed my order, so i canceled the order and got my product cheeper somewere else, no one should EVER use this reseller.

Somebody said, they would rather go with zipzoomfly. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM ZIPZOOMFLY OR REGRET IT. RUN LIKE HELL!! Several people inclding myself had real bad problems with them returning stuff. They also send out bad items, returned items to customers. They rotate returns around. They are nothing but liars and just want to 'zipzoomfly' with your money. The worst online merchant ever in my experience. As long as your product works (if you get a good one) its fine. Otherwise you're screwed. Don't run with merchants like this to save a few bucks. You can't even be sure if they shipped you a bad product.
Read all the bad reviews (eopinions, pricegrabber, resellerratings,) about them (good reviews are sometimes faked) and see the nightmare stories. I'm taking them to BBB and claims.
