umm, this is kinda sketchy. i just went through tht steps and it is going to pretend i live in Ca??? and it is trying to make me buy lindows with the $100 i get back??

Ha, this site offers you the ability to manually fill out the form, or have them do it for you.

It is up to you to determine if you are eligible, if you lie, you lie.
If you manually fill it out the govt will send you a check in a few months. That website (run by Lindows CEO) will issue you $100 of theirs to spend on their products if you would "instantly" want the $ and are looking to spend it on their stuff.

PS This site got a cease and desist notice from M$, seems they don't like paying up on their settlement. The site has chosen not to shut down and it fighting the legality of it since MS has little case.
