Microsoft Word question

You know in microsoft word, uh when you want to check a list of the words you used throughout the paper? There's like an option that you can go to that gives you a chart and shows you how many times you used every single word in the essay, it's wicked useful but I can't find it anywhere, do you know what im talking about?

How did you know anything about it if you dont know where it is exactly?
