Need advice: Ebuyer

Has anyone ever purchased anything from Ebuyer ? I checked their ratings at PriceGrabber and Resellerratings. They have fairly good reviews, but not Newegg quality. From what I read, they have a large group of people completely satisfied and a very small number of people who was not satisfied at all. I don't want to be in the latter group. Any advice?

My advice? Pay with your credit card. Then if you run into problems complain to your credit card company and get your money back.

Are you buying something specific from them that you cannot get from a more reliable retailer? I have always been one to spend a few extra $$ for peace of mind.

I agree with Jkrohn. Pay with CC- the credit company will back you.

You cant really put a price on peace of mind, it just isnt worth the extra hassle/angst for a few extra bucks.

I found a Tyan Radeon 9600 Pro from them, costing me $153, no shipping and no tax. Other places charge tax and shipping, which drives the price to $20+ more. I could go with YesMicro. They have a good rating at Resellerratings and PriceGrabber, but then it means I'd have to pay $175.
