i just got a e-mail from colorcases.com saying my order had been shipped, problem is i cancelled that order months ago, after getting the bbb on them and refuting the charges through my bank now i get this..... it's almost funny except i keep thiunking about my money.....
How is it going with the CC company? refuse the package and push the claim with the credit card/bank. That's what I would do. Did you make the claim in good time as allowed by your credit/debit card bank?
don't i feel like the idiot, the email said they issued a credit, sorry was in small print, of course i haven't checked my cc company yet to see if it's true, also that's only part of what they owe me.....
