After doing a little bit of reading I still need some clarification. I read here that one person used to own both of these companies and a few more under CenComm(or something like that) and then he was bought out. I am looking at both of these sites for a new retail Gigabyte 7n400 Pro. I would go to new egg and places like that, but they no longer stock the Pro in favor of the Pro2 which is lacking a few features of the Pro. I found it on both sites for a decent price. There is a Press release on Noble Computer's SIte that they are bascially under new management, more than 90% of items ship in 24 hours, decent shipping rates , etc. Also here the only reviews I can really see for Noble are good ones. I also see here that retailers are spamming good reviews, so I again don't know where to stand so I thought I would ask. Thanks!! Also...anyone heard anything about tufshop
